How it works
1. Post
A household posts what they need. Someone with a place posts what they have. Both take a few minutes.
2. Browse
Anyone can browse both boards without an account. Needs are anonymous; listings show a general area, never an address.
3. Ask
A household asks about a place through the site. You need a free account for this, so there are two accountable sides to the conversation.
4. Talk directly
You message each other privately and arrange the rest yourselves. We are not part of the agreement.
What we do not do
- We do not place anyone, keep a waitlist, or call you back.
- We do not inspect properties or confirm that a listing is still available.
- We do not handle money, deposits, rent, or applications.
- We are not a landlord, broker, property manager, or insurer.
- We do not publish anyone’s name, contact details, or address.

Who runs this
Built and operated by Keaton Flanigan, a Spokane resident who was evacuated by these fires. This is an independent community project. It is not a City, county, state, or federal service, and it does not replace 911, official evacuation instructions, or shelter intake. It is free, and it always will be.
